Data Deletion and Privacy Choices

A public request page for account deletion, app data deletion and privacy choices across Azotos apps.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Purpose

This page explains how users can request account deletion, app data deletion, access, correction, export or other privacy choices for apps and services provided by Azotos App Studio Pvt. Ltd..

This page is intended to support Google Play account deletion requirements and Apple privacy choices links for Azotos apps. It applies to Azotos-branded apps, customer-specific apps and enterprise apps published or maintained by Azotos unless a separate app-specific deletion page is provided.

How to submit a request

Email info@azotos.in with the subject line "App Data Deletion Request". Include your full name, registered phone number or email address, app name, organization or company name, project or site name if applicable, and the type of request you want us to process.

If your app includes an in-app deletion or support option, you may also submit the request there. For account deletion, use the in-app path where available and this external web page if you cannot access the app.

Request types

  • Delete app account and associated personal data.
  • Delete selected app data, uploaded content or support records where permitted.
  • Access or export personal information linked to your app account.
  • Correct inaccurate profile, contact, role, attendance or operational records where correction is allowed.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing where applicable law provides that right.
  • Ask a privacy question or raise a data protection concern.

Verification

We may need to verify your identity, app account, phone number, email address, organization, role or authority before processing a request. If your account is controlled by your employer, customer, contractor, principal or another organization, we may need authorization from that organization or may route the request to its administrator.

What may be deleted

  • App account profile details controlled by Azotos where deletion is permitted.
  • Personal contact details, device sessions, optional profile data and support records where deletion is permitted.
  • Uploaded content or operational records that your organization authorizes for deletion.
  • Inactive authentication records, tokens or notification identifiers where no longer needed.

What may be retained

Some data may be retained when required for legal, contractual, accounting, tax, audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, business continuity or enterprise recordkeeping purposes. We may also retain records that belong to or are controlled by the organization that provided your access.

  • Attendance, approval, ticket, task, asset, warehouse, finance, invoice, audit or compliance records required by the customer organization.
  • Security logs, access logs, abuse-prevention records and fraud-prevention records.
  • Backups retained for a limited period before scheduled overwrite or deletion.
  • Records required by law, court order, regulator, tax authority, auditor or contractual obligation.

Processing timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion and privacy requests within a reasonable time after receipt. Completion time depends on verification, customer approval, technical complexity, backup schedules and legal or contractual requirements. If we cannot complete a request, we will explain the reason where appropriate.

Effect of deletion

Deleting an app account may remove access to app features, records, dashboards, notifications, reports, support history and organization workflows. Deletion may be irreversible after processing. If your organization continues to require records for business purposes, your personal app access may be removed while certain enterprise records are retained under the organization account.
